These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for using First State Valet Trash Services. By receiving service, the client agrees to the following terms.
1. Service Delivery
- Doorstep collection occurs only on scheduled service nights and within the designated pickup window.
- Residents must place tied trash bags inside the approved bin before the scheduled pickup time.
- Overflowing, leaking, or improperly bagged trash may not be collected.
2. Resident Responsibilities
- Residents must follow all community waste guidelines provided at onboarding.
- Missed pickups due to resident non‑compliance are not refundable.
3. Property Manager Responsibilities
- Provide accurate unit counts, access instructions, and community maps.
- Notify First State Valet Trash Services of any changes in occupancy or access.
4. Fees & Billing
- Monthly service fees are billed in advance.
- One‑time setup fees, replacement bin fees, and additional services are billed separately.
- Late payments may result in service interruption.
5. Safety & Access
- Our team must have safe, unobstructed access to all buildings and units.
- Hazardous materials, liquids, and oversized items will not be collected.
6. Service Modifications
- Schedules may be adjusted due to weather, holidays, or safety concerns.
- Clients will be notified of any changes.
7. Cancellation Policy
- A 30‑day written notice is required to cancel service.
- Early termination of a contracted term may result in additional fees.
8. Liability
First State Valet Trash Services is not responsible for damage caused by improper resident disposal, pests, or hazardous waste. The company maintains full insurance coverage for its operations.
